自己对Barrhaven不太熟悉，只大体知道Minto, Richcraft, Monarch在Champin Mill, Woodroffe Estates, Bridgestone 有房卖。

最近好象房价涨得很快。

欢迎提供有关学校，交通等方面的建议. Thanks.

Woodroffe Estates的位置不错， 处于Barrhaven的Town centre， 购物，乘车 (95)都比较方便， 离社区中心，图书馆，中文学校很近。 但好像single house的lot剩得不多了。

I love the location and the builder.

However, the lots left are not good at all, and expensive.

The west side of the green bank road, opposite to the Monarch stone bridge site. As far as I know, there are still some lots available at stone bridge site.

I bought one from Richcraft back in Apr. 2007, the price is incresed 40k, with closing day is apporching and my current house is not sold yet, if you are considering take over, please let me know.
