Here's some tips that might help speed up some of your clears. Most will probably do most of these things already, but some took us a few runs to figure out.
1) Eagle->Bear->Dragonhawk->Lynx - This is the fastest way to move around the zone, with the least wasted time
2) Eagle clear -> Always kill windwalkers first. Once the windwalker is down, the tank should be moving to the next group. By the time he reaches the next pair, the melee mob he's tanking should be almost dead. Kill windwalkers before AOEing. Gives tanks time to grab agro, and makes sure the windwalker won't cast any heals. Don't kill the adds that come from behind until you've engaged and killed the Tempest at the top.
3) Eagle boss -> Don't put ANY dps on birds. They respawn crazy fast, and have a cap as to how many can be alive at one time, so you don't actually gain as much as you'd think by killing them. If you put all out dps on the boss, you can get him in only 3 storms with a 3 healer group, possibly only 2 storms in a 2 healer group. Have all people collapse on the melee before storms so melee can continue to dps through storms.
4) Bear boss -> sheep the things that drop the invulnerable totems. There's a pack you can skip while running up the hill and curving left. This boss needs to die fast, the fight is simple so find ways to maximize your dps and use agro drops wisely.
5) Dragonhawk trash -> Skip the first scout and pack by going behind the hut on the left and running to the far corner. Mind soothe the nearest troll (I think he has a big mohawk) and run around the corner. Pack 2: burn the scout with ranged, tank up the rest, wait 5 seconds or so then AOE it down. Take the left fork. Kill all scouts, kill the next pack. There is a pather after this that you wait to go right, then run up the stairs and rush the final pack before dragonhawk. Mind control flame casters, curse of tongues them, and have a mage spellsteal them. If you do this, you can interupt their attacks, and the mage will do increased dps.
6) Dragonhawk boss -> Kill all the hawks in 2 giant waves. To do this, kill one hatcher on each wave, but allow the other hatcher to hatch an entire side. Have ALL dps (including melee) killing hawks as they spawn, without hurting the hatcher. Once the whole side is spawned, AOE them down and repeat. For fire orbs, he throws them in expanding rings starting from his position. Therefor, if there is a safespot near him at the begining of the orb phase, that spot will continue to be safe. Don't get trapped by finding a "safe" spot near a wall, only to have a late orb trap you.
7) Lynx boss -> Don't go in the normal entrance, run down near the center of the map and climb a small hill, AOE that lynx pack. Wait for pathers, dismiss all pets, and hop through the window of the hut on your left, and out the window on the opposite side. Now you can hug the main lynx temple and avoid about 4 packs. Don't run under the elevated hut, and watch for pathers along the road. Using water walking and moving onto the water speeds things up a bit. You should be able to do the lynx clear from start to finish in 14 minutes, including the boss. Probably faster if you only have 2 healers.
8) Chest items-> This is the most important thing. After each boss, one person frees the hostage, but NO ONE waits for the hostage to move to the chest and unlock it. You just go on to the next area and come back for all the chests after you've either won or lost the timed event. This probably saves 5 minutes alone, just doing this.
The timed event is definitely hard, but seems doable with less than full gear, especially if you only run 2 healers.
