The Patriot USB Flash Drives are very diminutive but still have decent transfer speeds (3-4MB/s "real world" write from our own experience and other reports). They're tiny (did we mention that?), priced extremely well (especially the 4GB drive), and encased in a soft silicone coating to protect them from bumps and scrapes. The RedFlagDeals.com office has one of these drives and we like it enough to have ordered more.

If you seek a lightweight, small MP3 player, the Creative Zen Stone Plus will get the job done, and then some. The unit is has dimensions of 3.53cm Height x 5.56cm Width x 1.27cm Depth and a dainty weight of 20.98 grams. Somehow, it still fits in an FM tuner, voice recorder, 2GBs of storage, stopwatch feature, and up to 9.5 hours of battery life. It's great for working out or just something you can afford to be more flippant with compared to a more expensive player. One caveat though, JumboComputers lists a 30 day manufacturer's warranty. When we called the store to inquire, we were informed that the item is in fact brand new and not a refurbished item. If you're buying, make sure you think it over.
