Did you buy your house from Urbandale?
Did you get a better price finally? Did you bargin with them?

Bought a house from Urbandale, they donot do bargin at all. But I know that if you start visit before construction, you may get Pre-construction price, which is at least 1k less than offical price.

I did not get it, but hope you still have chance!
