20 AP = 20 RAP.

this is some data i got from.....the wow forum...? can't remember....
Still very confused....cuz different place give different rates...
1 Ag = 2 Armor
1 Ag = 1 Ap
30 Ag = 1% Dodge
40 AG = 1% Crit

another version from some thottbot post....
40 agility = +1% crit.
1 agility = 1 RAP.
14 RAP = +1 DPS.
22 crit rating = +1% crit.
16 hit rating = +1% hit.

i agree with this~ but only work <150hit rating
