All across Canada, Empire Theatres will be offering admission for just $3 on Saturday, April 5th. Sounds like a good deal, eh? Well, it gets better: the money raised will actually go to support Kids Help Phone, a free, professional, confidential and anonymous counselling service offering information and support to kids. So it's a great deal for an excellent cause. The last time we got into the movies for $3 was, uh, never. And the list of participating theatres is pretty extensive, so there's bound to be one in your neck of the woods.To recap: a movie admission for less than the cost of a rental while simultaneously supporting a charity. Now that is a fabulous way to spend a Saturday.
