Today, Dell.ca has introduced a selection of Ubuntu Linux 7.10 equipped systems. More operating system choice including open source options is great news for consumers. You can check out Dell's Ubuntu page here and the full selection of Ubuntu based systems here.

Of the three systems, our favorite is the XPS M1330 13.1" Laptop with Ubuntu Linux 7.10 for $949. Here are the specs:

This is the system that was selling for $999 earlier this month but with Ubuntu replacing Windows Vista. Upgrade wise, the Slim and Light White LED Display with VGA Webcam for $150 is desirable, however, a RAM upgrade is potentially cheaper if handled separately. Don't forget about free shipping too!
