Does anyone know Claridge (Home Builder)?

How about its new single house quality?

Compare to Valecraft, which is better?

Claridge的房子去看过~觉得结构设计空间不是利用的很高~而且CUSTOMER做的感觉不是很专业~
VALECRAFT的房子还可以~几个SINGLE有不少亮点的设计~但是很多TAMARACK和URBANDALE的STANDARD全都是UPGRADE~~连那个ENERGY STAR都要加$5000~SINGLE算起来比URBANDALE同级的房子还要贵~~~不过貌似LOT好像大一点(不是很SURE)~

我一开始也看VALECRAFT的~~后来还是选了URBANDALE~~~

I also heard Claridge had foundation problems but not sure.

How about Valecraft's quality?

I only have choice between Claridge and Valecraft in this special area.

I give up it since the new houses are too close the Navan Garbage dump. I read lots complain about the smell.
