把文件名用 “ ” 圈起来试试？ del "E:\123\‼TOCKP~2.PDF"

可能是你的 ！！ 比较特别。 文件名最好 COPY/PASTE, 以便一致！

是,是非法文件名,查了一下网,有的叫当程序来删
