华侨服务处招聘启示--Youth LINC Instructor
Description and Responsibilities:

• To teach youth aged 18 to 24
• To develop and deliver LINC materials and alternative LINC subjects such as art, drama and fitness
• To adhere to curriculum provided and to make necessary modification in accordance with the needs of students
• To monitor and assess progress of students
• To communicate with Coordinator regarding the development and needs of the program and its participants

Qualifications:

• TESL Ontario certificate a requirement
• Bachelor of Education an asset
• Good knowledge of the Canadian language Benchmarks Assessment (CLBA) and LINC Curriculum Guidelines
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Experience teaching a multi-level class
• Sensitive to the settlement/language needs of new immigrants
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Experience teaching young adults
• Experience and/or an enjoyment of art, drama and fitness
• Experience teaching alternative education an asset
