Look for cheap video card with AV output to TV

I am looking for cheap video card with AV output to TV. It is preferred to have PCI slot, AGP x4 is also OK.
There shall be an output to TV, it is preferred to have AV or composite video port (yellow color one). s-video output is also OK if you can provide me a converter to convert s-video to composite video.

Sorry I am in office, and have no Chinese input method. I can read Chinese though.
