Nelly Furtado, the first Canadian Earth Hour Ambassador, is putting on a free -- and carbon-neutral, thanks to green energy provider Bullfrog -- concert under the stars at Nathan Phillips Square. It's March 29 at 7:30 pm. The idea behind the Earth Hour is for cities around the world to turn off their lights for an hour on March 29 (starting at 8 pm) to raise awareness about climate change. In Toronto, concert-goers will see hundreds of downtown buildings turn off their lights -- including City Hall.
