builder不提供 vinyl siding换成bricks 之upgrade.自己今后能做吗？

想换成Brick，墙体的重量增大很多，需要重新计算Footing，foundation，总之就是把地下结构全部重建，同时地上结构由于地基变化，也需要重建。总之就是重新盖房子。
