我现在在渥太华, 但是我又想2-3年后去温哥华, 大家认为我现在在渥太华买房好还是租房好?谢谢!

除非渥太华的房价未来两,三年还在持续上涨.可我觉得前两年涨的太快,以后很难再象前两年那样涨了.加拿大的经济多多少少还是会受美国经济影响的.如果你看到X房子在两年内涨了个三,五万,千万别以为他能赚那么多,实际上,除去卖房时的agent fee, 买卖房时的closing fee, 每年的property tax,付银行的利息等等,根本赚不了钱.

不过赚钱也是用来享受的,租房住始终没有家的感觉,你有这个能力,该享受的为什么不享受? 呵呵,这话是我老公讲的, 不是我讲的,我们的情况和你相似,也是准备在渥太华呆个两,三年左右,也在犹豫买不买房.我不想买,我老公想买.不过如果你有小孩的话,还是买房好点.
