I will assume that the house is at the drywall stage and the wood you are referring to is the studs. If you have not taken possession of your house yet you may want to point it out to the builder so he can fix it now – Or – you can ask the builder to write it down on the PDI form.
I tell Minto but they say the framing was approved by city Ottawa and this not a problem.
Just a friendly reminder - Read your signed agreement with the builder carefully, you may not be allowed to go into the house being constructed (even though you bought it, it is not yours for now) unless you put the clause in the contract, such as you are going to hire privite inspector to inspect every stage when your house is being built.
So the picture you took may not help you (even worse, it may put you in bad position) if the builder turns ugly...
