请推荐换房顶(Roof) 的contractor

25年的房子, 房顶能顺利熬过这个冬天已经万幸了! 现在是一定要换了.

请各位大侠推荐一个好的 Roof contractor.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, but a couple of my shingles just fell off from the roof, do I need roofing contractors to do the job or can I fix it myself and how? It's at the very top of a 2 storey house, so I figure I'll need a ladder that can reach that high? Thanks.

Note: Also, the house is only 6 years old, isn't the roof still covered under warranty?

I think the shingles manufacturer covers the shingles, but not the labour, and it sounds like a bad installation in your case, so maybe talk to the builder.

今天刚刚换好，四年前有个ROOFER说应该换，Ken查了一下，说起码二年肯定行，去年他又查，说还不用换，但修二片松动的
今年可以换，也可以再坚持一年，
我们决定换了，今天完工，，
他给我们看，旧的shingle下少铺一层，如果shingle漏水，那就直接进屋了，他做的，下面加一层，屋檐旁还一条引水，，，
做完坚持叫我们上去检查，，
换roof，水份很多，多钉几个钉，少钉几个钉，多铺一层，少铺一层，外行看不出。
材料他直接将购买发票给我，工钱另算
