Raid Setup
3 tanks and 1 mage with a really high HP pool and roughly 16% spell hit. Since 5/5 Arcane Focus (the talent) grants 10% hit chance for Arcane spells, the mage should aim for 6% spell hit chance from gear.
9 healers is a must before you have this encounter on farm status. Bring more if needed; the fight is not a DPS race.
Buffs and Potions
All standard flasks, elixirs and potions.
Healers should use +mana/5 seconds buffs, since this is a rather long fight.
Use any food or buff that can increase your health. 10,000 HP on every single raid member is highly recommended.
The Illidari Council consists of 4 bosses:
Veras Darkshadow (rogue)
High Nethermancer Zerevor (mage)
Gathios the Shatterer (paladin)
Lady Malande (priest)
HP: 7,000,000 (all together)
The HP pool of the 4 bosses is shared (like the Twin Emperors'), therefore they act as if they were 1 NPC from this point of view.
Enrage: after 15 minutes.
Boss Abilities
There are a lot of random aspects of this fight. Spells have a cooldown, but the bosses often don't use them as soon as they can, but when they "feel" like using them.
Veras Darkshadow
Deadly Poison
1000 Nature damage inflicted every 1 second for 4 seconds. Does not stack.
Envenom
Finishing move that consumes the Deadly Poison on the target and deals 4,250 to 5,750 poison damage. Sometimes this is used immediately before Deadly Poison can tick, and sometimes after a few ticks.
Vanish
Same as the rogue ability. Lasts 30 seconds.
High Nethermancer Zerevor
Arcane Bolt
Hurls a magical bolt at the enemy inflicting 12,950 to 15,050 arcane damage. 2 second casting time. Targets highest on his threat list.
Flamestrike
Calls down a pillar of flame anywhere in the room, burning all enemies in a selected area of 10 yards radius for 4,625 to 5,375 fire damage and an additional 2,806 to 3,194 every 2 seconds for 12 seconds.
Blizzard
Calls down a blizzard anywhere in the room that lasts 12 seconds, inflicting 4,375 to 5,625 frost damage every 2 seconds to all enemies in a selected area of 10 yards radius.
Dampen Magic
A self buff that reduces magic damage taken by up to 75% and healing by up to 500.
Arcane Explosion
When someone goes within 5 yards range of the boss he will cast an Arcane Explosion dealing a very high amount of damage (over 8,000) that very often leads to the death of everyone hit. High Nethermancer Zerevor will only cast this spell when someone is within range.
Gathios the Shatterer
Hammer of Justice
Stuns an enemy for 6 seconds. Targets a random raid member within range. This has a 10-40 yard range, in that it will only be used on players between 10 and 40 yards from Gathios the Shatterer.
Seal of Command
A self buff which gives Gathios a chance to deal additional holy damage equal to 70% of normal weapon damage. Lasts 30 seconds.
Judging this Seal deals 6,175 to 6,825 holy damage, which can be Spell Reflected (and this is crucial to the encounter).
Consecration
Deals 2,250 every 3 seconds for 21 seconds in a 10 yard radius from Gathios. Used roughly every 30 seconds.
Blessing of Spell Warding
The target becomes immune to magical damage for 15 seconds. It can be cast on any of the other 3 bosses, however 90% of the time it is cast on Lady Malande.
Blessing of Protection
The target becomes immune to physical damage for 15 seconds. It can be cast on any of the other 3 bosses, however 90% of the time it is cast on Lady Malande.
Chromatic Resistance Aura
Increases the resistance of all 4 bosses to all schools of magic by 250 for 30 seconds. 1 minute cooldown.
Devotion Aura
Gives 20% additional armour to all 4 bosses for 30 seconds. 1 minute cooldown.
Lady Malande
Empowered Smite
Inflicts 5,463 to 6,037 holy damage. 2 second casting time. It has infinite range, can be used on anyone in the room, and is cast roughly every 30 seconds.
Divine Wrath
Consumes an enemy in flames, burning it for 5,000 holy damage and an additional 2,500 fire damage every 2 seconds over 8 seconds. Can be cast on any raid member inside the room. Should be interrupted.
Reflective Shield
Shielded against physical and magical damage, absorbing a maximum of 25,000 damage. Half of the damage absorbed is reflected back to the attacker. While the shield holds, spells will not be interrupted by physical attacks. Lasts for 20 seconds or until removed.
Circle of Healing
Heals all 4 members of the Illidari Council for 95,000-105,000. 2.5 second casting time, 20 second cooldown. Should be interrupted.
The Pull
Use an Imp. The Imp can cast its Fireball from outside of aggro range. The Imp will then take the first Arcane Bolt from High Nethermancer Zerevor. If you do not use an imp, or at least a pet, High Nethermancer Zerevor will choose the primary aggro target for the first Arcane Bolt. That person will surely die. Even the mage that Spellsteals the shield will sometimes not get aggro right away and High Nethermancer Zerevor will begin an Arcane Bolt cast at another player (usually a vital healer).
Send the Imp in. As soon as the Imp's Fireball is flying, the tanking Mage runs in and casts a Fireblast and a Spellsteal. 2 hunters each Misdirect Gathios the Shatterer and Lady Malande on to their tanks. The third tank picks up Veras Darkshadow by himself.
Positioning
The room in which the fight takes place is rather big, so you have plenty of space to spread out.
Tank Veras Darkshadow in the lower left corner near Lady Malade so that the Veras Darkshadow healer can be more mobile during Vanish times. Tank Gathios the Shatterer in the lower right corner. Since High Nethermancer Zerevor won't really move from his initial place, make sure Lady Malande is tanked out of his AE range, somewhere around the middle of the stairs. The stairs can cause line of sight issues to healers, so make sure nobody is on the upper part (only Zerevor will be up there; the mage tanking him should be downstairs).
Because the AoE damage is centralised, players should stay as spread as possible to avoid taking damage from AoEs targetting other players. The Veras Darkshadow healer will want to be healing people who get Deadly Poison and Envenom.
The Fight
After a successful pull (which is probably the hardest part) the fight itself begins. There are no different phases, only pure tank and spank and avoiding all the different boss abilities. It's all about surviving.
Apart from the special assignments, the raid will DPS Gathios the Shatterer all the time (Lady Malande has immunity blessings on herself most of the time, High Nethermancer Zerevor can't be accessed by melee because of Arcane Explosion, and Veras Darkshadow is invisible a lot of the time).
Also note that after 15 minutes they will enrage and instantly wipe the raid. With almost perfect interrupting this shouldn't be a threat.
Veras Darkshadow
Veras has low melee damage, so 1 healer can keep up MT2 easily. In addition, he will Vanish once every minute for 30 seconds. He can reappear anywhere in the room and will use Deadly Poison and Envenom on a random raid member. He usually reappears near the target he Envenoms. If he's not picked up instantly he will run loose and kill people.
Before he reappears from Vanish he can be spotted by the player he's standing next to. The tank must be informed in that instant so he can run there and pick him up.
Deadly Poison can not be removed, therefore raid healers must be on their toes and heal the targeted person. An unlucky Blizzard / Flamestrike and Deadly Poison combination can easily kill anyone.
While Veras is stealthed the healer on MT2 can help out elsewhere.
High Nethermancer Zerevor
After the pull, Zerevor casts Dampen Magic on himself that must be Spellstealed in that instant, or else the tanking mage will receive so much burst damage that it won't be possible to keep him alive. An unlucky Spellsteal resist can wipe the raid, therefore the mage should have a high amount of spell hit (roughly 16%) to minimize the chance of Spellsteal resists.
Since the raid DPS is focused on another target, the tanking mage won't have any trouble maintaining aggro on Zerevor by casting his primary damage spell according to talent build.
The boss continuously uses Blizzard and Flamestrike at random places in the room, so everyone must stay alert and run out of them immediately when cast. Do not run near the boss himself, because you'll most likely be 1-shotted by an Arcane Explosion.
Gathios the Shatterer
Probably the hardest of the 4 bosses, he keeps hitting MT1 for incredible amounts of damage in spikes, so you should assign your best geared warrior to tank him. Also make sure to put at least 3-4 healers on him.
Occasionally he does Consecration, from which everyone must run out. Theoretically, he keeps buffing the other 3 bosses with Blessing of Spell Warding and Blessing of Protection, however almost all the time he targets Lady Malande with these spells. He uses them separately: never at the same time!
When he judges Seal of Command, Spell Reflect it back at him.
Tip: spread the assigned healers around him so they will not all get hit by Flamestrike or Blizzard at the same time.
Lady Malande
Lady Malande has low melee damage, keeps Smiting MT3 for moderate damage, and does Divine Wrath on a random raid member (which can't be dispelled).
Dealing with the Reflective Shield and the Circle of Healing is one of the most important parts of the fight. Always have a rogue, an elemental shaman and a mage DPSing her (the elemental shaman can be switched to another mage, but the shaman is very effective here). A warrior also makes the best tank for Lady Malande because he can also interrupt her casts.
When the shield is not up, the rogue must interrupt her cast with Kick. If she has the shield up, the mage or shaman must interrupt her. You can either DPS her shield down or wait till it's gone. These players should coordinate and be vocal about what she is immune to at any time and when they are on cooldown.
Also note that Lady Malande will most probably be affected by Blessing of Protection or Blessing of Spell Warding at any given time. If she has Blessing of Protection then the mages have to deal with the interrupting. When Blessing of Spell Warding is up, it's the rogue's turn.
Also have your rogue keep Mind Numbing Poison on her all the time, as this gives the interrupters a bit more time to react.
Where You Can Fail
Raid Damage: Deadly Poison/Envenom, Blizzard, Flamestrike, Divine Wrath, Consecration. If you're unlucky, these can strike the same person and basically 1-shot them. Be sure to move out of Blizzard and Flamestrike as fast as you can, and raid healers have to watch what's going on in the room.
Gathios' Damage Output: MT1 healers must be ready to chain cast on him. Make sure they have a shadow priest in their group to avoid going out of mana early. Keep drinking those Super Mana Potions!
Veras Reappearing: This needs raid communication to inform MT2 where Veras Darkshadow has reappeared.
Spellsteal Resist: An obvious threat, same as with the Maulgar fight.
Interrupting On Lady Malande: The rogue and mages must know when it's their turn and immediately interrupt her Circle of Healing.
Class Assignments
Tanks:
MT1: Position Gathios properly, move out of Consecration as fast as you can. You can Spell Reflect the Judgement of Command that Gathios does.
MT2: Make sure to grab Veras Darkshadow when he reappears.
MT3: If you have enough rage, reflect Empowered Smite back onto Lady Malande. This is not a necessity.
Rogues: If you're assigned, interrupt Circle of Healing when the Reflective Shield is down and/or Blessing of Spell Warding is up.
Warlocks: DPS. Put Curse of Tongues on Lady Malande. Put Curse of Shadows on High Nethermancer Zerevor.
Mages: DPS your assigned targets. Counterspell Lady Malande's Circle of Healing when the Reflective Shield is up.
Hunters: Misdirect during the pull, then DPS.
Healers: MT1: Be ready to out heal very intensive damage spikes.
MT2: Solid healing, help others out during Vanish.
MT3: Solid healing, make sure to keep up the tank and the assigned rogue and mages.
Raid: Watch carefully what's happening in the room as swift healing is often needed.
Healing Assignments should be very specific for this fight; just having a group of MT healers and another group of raid healers will not work. Tank healers should be very specifically assigned to who they are healing and when. Raid healers should be very specifically assigned to heal particular groups.

概览
伊利达雷议会是伊利丹·怒风直属的血精灵议会。其共有4名成员,上图中从右到左分别是:
玛兰德女士(牧师);
粉碎者加西奥斯(骑士);
高阶虚空术士塞雷巴(法师);
维拉斯·黑暗之影(盗贼)。
这四个家伙的HP槽和双子帝王一样是完全共用的。
初战团队配置
鉴于该场战斗敌人较多,我们需要3名战士和1名高命中(至少16%+)血牛法师来参加坦克工作。
治疗者至少需要带7名,当然可以带多——这不是一场飙DPS的战斗。
药水,装备和Buff
团队成员的ilv最好在141上下,所有标准Buff必带,治疗者需要MP5药剂,其余成员则尽量将HP谷上10000,否则战斗会很艰难。
战斗场地
这是一个巨大的房间,可以让你们将人员排得很开。推荐的排列如下:
粉色大点=粉碎者加西奥斯,白色大点=玛兰德女士,蓝色大点=高阶虚空术士塞雷巴,黄色大点=维拉斯·黑暗之影。
小褐点为坦克,深蓝点为负责坦克的法师,绿色点为治疗坦克的治疗人员,橙色小点为近战输出,右上方的大椭圆为远程打手和治疗人员位置,黄色和紫色小点为进行特别任务(打断)的盗贼和法师。
遭遇战开始!
拉 开战斗序幕的方式类似于对抗高阶领主玛尔伽(高鲁尔巢穴)。法师最先动手,用炎爆术(没有的话就什么打得重挑什么砸)拉出塞雷巴,坦克#2和坦克#3分别 以冲锋或拦截进场接住维拉斯和玛兰德,至于主坦克则接过加奥希斯——主坦克必须够硬,我想你们不会希望治疗人员仇恨越界的——这家伙的攻击有如一辆大吨位 卡车的来回碾压……
首先开火的法师在发射炎爆术之后,骑士最好能丢给他一个保护祝福以保证其安全。
战斗成功开始后,就会演变成异常直接的Tank & Spank战斗。全场的输出主要集中于粉碎者加西奥斯(问我为什么?看看其他他们的技能就知道了)。

玛兰德女士
超能惩击:对当前目标造成约6k的神圣伤害。该法术需要2秒施法,射程无限,冷却为30秒。
神圣怒火:该法术会造成约5k的初始神圣伤害,并在接下来的8秒内持续造成10k的烧伤。该法术同样拥有无限的射程。
反射障壁:强大的反射能量盾,持续20秒。可以吸收25k的伤害,且会反射50%的伤害给攻击者(同牧师的反射盾)。盾有效期间玛兰德免疫物理打断。
治疗之环:全房间范围的治疗能量爆射,治疗每名成员约100k伤害(换言之就是给团队带来额外400k输出负担)。2.5秒施法,20秒冷却。必须打断。

玛兰德女士的肉搏伤害相当低,对坦克的主要伤害输出是超能惩击,并且会不时对随机目标发射神圣怒火(持续伤害不可驱散)。
处理反射障壁是对抗她的最重点,你们必须保持2名法师和1名盗贼瞩目于玛兰德。当玛兰德未受到障壁保护时,盗贼负责打断其施法;有障壁时,法师用法术反制阻止其施法。至于障壁本身,是打掉或等过有效期随你们的意。
另外,此人是最容易受到加西奥斯各种祝福的人。当受到保护祝福的时候,法师的任务很重;当受到魔法偏斜祝福时,盗贼的工作量会加大。
术士最好在其身上保持结舌诅咒,这样能给打断者更多的反应时间。

粉碎者加西奥斯
制裁之锤:射程10-40码,攻击射程内任意目标,将其击昏6秒。
命令圣印:该圣印会使加西奥斯的攻击中几率性附加相当于其70%普通攻击伤害的神圣附加伤害,效果持续30秒。当加西奥斯施展审判时会对当前目标造成约6.5k的神圣伤害。
鲜血圣印:该圣印会使加西奥斯每次攻击附加约800神圣伤害,效果持续30秒。当加西奥斯施展审判时会对当前目标每3秒造成约3k6的神圣伤害,持续9秒。
奉献:对自己所站的地面灌注能量,使10码半径范围内所有目标每3秒受到2250点神圣伤害,持续21秒,冷却30秒。
保护祝福:使目标15秒内免疫物理攻击。这个祝福会随机被施展在其余三名议会成员身上,但加西奥斯有90%以上的几率把祝福丢给玛兰德女士(保护住治疗者什么都好说,BOSS们都明白……)
魔法偏斜祝福:使目标15秒内免疫魔法攻击。同样会以90%+的概率被丢在玛兰德身上……
幻彩抗性光环:使除自己以外的三名议会成员30秒内获得250点全法术抗性。冷却1分钟。
虔诚光环:使除自己以外的三名议会成员30秒内获得20%额外护甲。冷却1分钟。

这家伙是四个议会成员中的最大头,攻击如同坦克压人一般猛烈,故此你们要派上最强的坦克和最多的治疗者来应付他。
他 的保护祝福和魔法偏斜祝福,以及命令圣印和鲜血圣印相互共享等同于持续时间的冷却,幻彩抗性光环和虔诚光环则交替使用。不过这些东西无法对他自己释放导致 他成了全团的火力集中点。负责他的坦克的治疗者则是最受累的——由于接连不断的奉献,命令圣印的超高爆发力和审判的巨大伤害,治疗者们必须随时打起12分 精神,且随时准备紧急快速治疗,否则肯定出人命。

高阶虚空术士塞雷巴
魔法镇压:对自己施展,降低承受的魔法伤害75%,并压抑受到的治疗效果至多500点。魔法属性。
奥术轰击:对当前目标造成12k-15k的奥术伤害,需要2秒施展。
烈焰风暴:在全房间的任意位置唤出巨大火柱,对着弹点半径10码范围内所有目标造成约5k起始火焰伤害,并在接下来12秒内造成约18k的持续烧伤(每2秒3k)。
暴风雪:在全房间任意位置召唤暴风雪,对着弹点半径10码范围内所有目标每2秒造成约5k冰霜伤害。暴风雪持续12秒。
奥术爆炸:当任何人处于塞雷巴的近战范围内时,塞雷巴会释放奥术爆炸。这个法术造成至少8k的奥术伤害且没有冷却时间。当塞雷巴近身无人时,他忽略这个技能。

拉出塞雷巴后,他会立刻对自己进行魔法镇压。负责坦克他的法师必须立刻将其偷过来以保证自己的存活,否则没可能捱住他的攻击。一次窃取抵抗就可能把这次Raid付之一炬(尤其是第一次!),故坦克必须保持超高的法术命中来最小化被抵抗的可能。
由于团队的火力基本不波及塞雷巴,故法师可以轻松拉住他并悠闲地输出伤害。不过团队其余成员不能掉以轻心:塞雷巴的两个范围攻击可以炸到房间任意一个角落,故必须随时保持头脑清醒,躲避暴风雪,治疗被烈焰风暴伤及的人员。

维拉斯·黑暗之影
致命毒药:攻击时可能使目标染毒,4秒内承受4k自然伤害。不会叠加。
毒性催化:终结技,立刻将目标身上的致命毒药转瞬为5k自然伤害。使用时机不定。
消失:从战场上消失30秒。冷却60秒。

这 家伙徒有盗贼的虚名,实际肉搏伤害很低,最主要的输出是自然属性的致命毒药和毒性催化,故一名治疗者即可保证坦克存活。不过他的战斗方式很讨厌:过一段时 间就会消失,30秒后出现在房间内任意一人身边并立刻追杀之,施展致命毒药和毒性催化。坦克必须立刻追过去控制住他,否则他就会很快杀死团队成员。
注 意:当维拉斯即将结束消失时,他的形象会隐约出现在他的目标身边。负责他的坦克必须立刻被提醒。另外由于致命毒药无法被驱散,故治疗者必须万分留神被维拉 斯盯上的人。一次暴风雪/烈焰风暴和毒性催化的连击很容易把团队成员干掉。同时,维拉斯坦克的治疗者必须学会灵活跑位。
战斗注意事项
BOSS们的伤害输出:由于这群家伙的攻击存在很大随机性,很有可能会有某个团队成员被所有技能同时攻击而导致被秒。为了防止这种情况的发生,全团成员随时注意烈焰风暴和暴风雪的动向,治疗者也必须聚精会神。
粉碎者加西奥斯的力量:前面已经多次提及这家伙的巨大输出,负责他的坦克的几名治疗者必须聚精会神,甚至不惜连续治疗。治疗阵容中最好有个暗影牧师来保证法力充沛。另外,别吝啬法力药剂!
维拉斯·黑暗之影的动向:团队需要一个非常有效的交流机制来让维拉斯的坦克能随时控制住他!一定要让他的坦克知道他在哪里!
法术窃取被抵抗:没办法,只能靠堆法术命中来有限度地回避。
玛兰德的打断任务:负责打断的法师和盗贼必须头脑无比清醒!随时了解该是谁的轮次——法师和盗贼轮班上岗才能保证不间断打断!
团队输出:保证在15分钟内切完他们的HP!
职业任务小结
加西奥斯坦克:正确定位加西奥斯,并跑动回避奉献。
维拉斯坦克:保持最灵活的跑动,随时定位维拉斯!
玛兰德坦克:任务很轻松,你甚至有足够的空余怒气反射超能惩击。
指定盗贼:当魔法偏斜祝福出现且没有反射盾保护玛兰德时,打断治疗之环的任务是你的。
其余盗贼:猛揍。
术士:主力炮手。保持玛兰德的结舌诅咒和塞雷巴的暗影诅咒(窃取辅助)。
法师:炮手。随时注意用反制打断玛兰德在障壁/保护祝福保护下释放的治疗之环。
猎人:一边误导一边猛揍。
治疗工作:
负责加奥希斯坦克:疯狂治疗。
负责维拉斯坦克:工作繁重程度一般。当维拉斯消失时帮助别的治疗减轻压力。
负责玛兰德坦克:普通治疗,并保证负责打断的人员的生命安全。
团队治疗:对房间内各处在发生什么有清醒的认识,且能灵活切换自己的角色。

Finishing move that consumes the Deadly Poison on the target and deals 4,250 to 5,750 poison damage. Sometimes this is used immediately before Deadly Poison can tick, and sometimes after a few ticks.
Vanish
Same as the rogue ability. Lasts 30 seconds.
Arcane Bolt
Hurls a magical bolt at the enemy inflicting 12,950 to 15,050 arcane damage. 2 second casting time. Targets highest on his threat list.
Flamestrike
Calls down a pillar of flame anywhere in the room, burning all enemies in a selected area of 10 yards radius for 4,625 to 5,375 fire damage and an additional 2,806 to 3,194 every 2 seconds for 12 seconds.
Blizzard
Calls down a blizzard anywhere in the room that lasts 12 seconds, inflicting 4,375 to 5,625 frost damage every 2 seconds to all enemies in a selected area of 10 yards radius.
Dampen Magic
A self buff that reduces magic damage taken by up to 75% and healing by up to 500.
Arcane Explosion
When someone goes within 5 yards range of the boss he will cast an Arcane Explosion dealing a very high amount of damage (over 8,000) that very often leads to the death of everyone hit. High Nethermancer Zerevor will only cast this spell when someone is within range.
Gathios the Shatterer
Hammer of Justice
Stuns an enemy for 6 seconds. Targets a random raid member within range. This has a 10-40 yard range, in that it will only be used on players between 10 and 40 yards from Gathios the Shatterer.
Seal of Command
A self buff which gives Gathios a chance to deal additional holy damage equal to 70% of normal weapon damage. Lasts 30 seconds.
Judging this Seal deals 6,175 to 6,825 holy damage, which can be Spell Reflected (and this is crucial to the encounter).
Consecration
Deals 2,250 every 3 seconds for 21 seconds in a 10 yard radius from Gathios. Used roughly every 30 seconds.
Blessing of Spell Warding
The target becomes immune to magical damage for 15 seconds. It can be cast on any of the other 3 bosses, however 90% of the time it is cast on Lady Malande.
Blessing of Protection
The target becomes immune to physical damage for 15 seconds. It can be cast on any of the other 3 bosses, however 90% of the time it is cast on Lady Malande.
Chromatic Resistance Aura
Increases the resistance of all 4 bosses to all schools of magic by 250 for 30 seconds. 1 minute cooldown.
Devotion Aura
Gives 20% additional armour to all 4 bosses for 30 seconds. 1 minute cooldown.
Lady Malande
Empowered Smite
Inflicts 5,463 to 6,037 holy damage. 2 second casting time. It has infinite range, can be used on anyone in the room, and is cast roughly every 30 seconds.
Divine Wrath
Consumes an enemy in flames, burning it for 5,000 holy damage and an additional 2,500 fire damage every 2 seconds over 8 seconds. Can be cast on any raid member inside the room. Should be interrupted.
Reflective Shield
Shielded against physical and magical damage, absorbing a maximum of 25,000 damage. Half of the damage absorbed is reflected back to the attacker. While the shield holds, spells will not be interrupted by physical attacks. Lasts for 20 seconds or until removed.
Circle of Healing
Heals all 4 members of the Illidari Council for 95,000-105,000. 2.5 second casting time, 20 second cooldown. Should be interrupted.
The Pull
Use an Imp. The Imp can cast its Fireball from outside of aggro range. The Imp will then take the first Arcane Bolt from High Nethermancer Zerevor. If you do not use an imp, or at least a pet, High Nethermancer Zerevor will choose the primary aggro target for the first Arcane Bolt. That person will surely die. Even the mage that Spellsteals the shield will sometimes not get aggro right away and High Nethermancer Zerevor will begin an Arcane Bolt cast at another player (usually a vital healer).
Send the Imp in. As soon as the Imp's Fireball is flying, the tanking Mage runs in and casts a Fireblast and a Spellsteal. 2 hunters each Misdirect Gathios the Shatterer and Lady Malande on to their tanks. The third tank picks up Veras Darkshadow by himself.
Positioning
The room in which the fight takes place is rather big, so you have plenty of space to spread out.
Tank Veras Darkshadow in the lower left corner near Lady Malade so that the Veras Darkshadow healer can be more mobile during Vanish times. Tank Gathios the Shatterer in the lower right corner. Since High Nethermancer Zerevor won't really move from his initial place, make sure Lady Malande is tanked out of his AE range, somewhere around the middle of the stairs. The stairs can cause line of sight issues to healers, so make sure nobody is on the upper part (only Zerevor will be up there; the mage tanking him should be downstairs).
Because the AoE damage is centralised, players should stay as spread as possible to avoid taking damage from AoEs targetting other players. The Veras Darkshadow healer will want to be healing people who get Deadly Poison and Envenom.
After a successful pull (which is probably the hardest part) the fight itself begins. There are no different phases, only pure tank and spank and avoiding all the different boss abilities. It's all about surviving.
Apart from the special assignments, the raid will DPS Gathios the Shatterer all the time (Lady Malande has immunity blessings on herself most of the time, High Nethermancer Zerevor can't be accessed by melee because of Arcane Explosion, and Veras Darkshadow is invisible a lot of the time).
Also note that after 15 minutes they will enrage and instantly wipe the raid. With almost perfect interrupting this shouldn't be a threat.
Veras Darkshadow
Veras has low melee damage, so 1 healer can keep up MT2 easily. In addition, he will Vanish once every minute for 30 seconds. He can reappear anywhere in the room and will use Deadly Poison and Envenom on a random raid member. He usually reappears near the target he Envenoms. If he's not picked up instantly he will run loose and kill people.
Before he reappears from Vanish he can be spotted by the player he's standing next to. The tank must be informed in that instant so he can run there and pick him up.
Deadly Poison can not be removed, therefore raid healers must be on their toes and heal the targeted person. An unlucky Blizzard / Flamestrike and Deadly Poison combination can easily kill anyone.
While Veras is stealthed the healer on MT2 can help out elsewhere.
High Nethermancer Zerevor
After the pull, Zerevor casts Dampen Magic on himself that must be Spellstealed in that instant, or else the tanking mage will receive so much burst damage that it won't be possible to keep him alive. An unlucky Spellsteal resist can wipe the raid, therefore the mage should have a high amount of spell hit (roughly 16%) to minimize the chance of Spellsteal resists.
Since the raid DPS is focused on another target, the tanking mage won't have any trouble maintaining aggro on Zerevor by casting his primary damage spell according to talent build.
The boss continuously uses Blizzard and Flamestrike at random places in the room, so everyone must stay alert and run out of them immediately when cast. Do not run near the boss himself, because you'll most likely be 1-shotted by an Arcane Explosion.
Probably the hardest of the 4 bosses, he keeps hitting MT1 for incredible amounts of damage in spikes, so you should assign your best geared warrior to tank him. Also make sure to put at least 3-4 healers on him.
Occasionally he does Consecration, from which everyone must run out. Theoretically, he keeps buffing the other 3 bosses with Blessing of Spell Warding and Blessing of Protection, however almost all the time he targets Lady Malande with these spells. He uses them separately: never at the same time!
When he judges Seal of Command, Spell Reflect it back at him.
Tip: spread the assigned healers around him so they will not all get hit by Flamestrike or Blizzard at the same time.
Lady Malande
Lady Malande has low melee damage, keeps Smiting MT3 for moderate damage, and does Divine Wrath on a random raid member (which can't be dispelled).
Dealing with the Reflective Shield and the Circle of Healing is one of the most important parts of the fight. Always have a rogue, an elemental shaman and a mage DPSing her (the elemental shaman can be switched to another mage, but the shaman is very effective here). A warrior also makes the best tank for Lady Malande because he can also interrupt her casts.
When the shield is not up, the rogue must interrupt her cast with Kick. If she has the shield up, the mage or shaman must interrupt her. You can either DPS her shield down or wait till it's gone. These players should coordinate and be vocal about what she is immune to at any time and when they are on cooldown.
Also note that Lady Malande will most probably be affected by Blessing of Protection or Blessing of Spell Warding at any given time. If she has Blessing of Protection then the mages have to deal with the interrupting. When Blessing of Spell Warding is up, it's the rogue's turn.
Also have your rogue keep Mind Numbing Poison on her all the time, as this gives the interrupters a bit more time to react.
Where You Can Fail
Raid Damage: Deadly Poison/Envenom, Blizzard, Flamestrike, Divine Wrath, Consecration. If you're unlucky, these can strike the same person and basically 1-shot them. Be sure to move out of Blizzard and Flamestrike as fast as you can, and raid healers have to watch what's going on in the room.
Gathios' Damage Output: MT1 healers must be ready to chain cast on him. Make sure they have a shadow priest in their group to avoid going out of mana early. Keep drinking those Super Mana Potions!
Veras Reappearing: This needs raid communication to inform MT2 where Veras Darkshadow has reappeared.
Spellsteal Resist: An obvious threat, same as with the Maulgar fight.
Interrupting On Lady Malande: The rogue and mages must know when it's their turn and immediately interrupt her Circle of Healing.
Tanks:
MT1: Position Gathios properly, move out of Consecration as fast as you can. You can Spell Reflect the Judgement of Command that Gathios does.
MT2: Make sure to grab Veras Darkshadow when he reappears.
MT3: If you have enough rage, reflect Empowered Smite back onto Lady Malande. This is not a necessity.
Rogues: If you're assigned, interrupt Circle of Healing when the Reflective Shield is down and/or Blessing of Spell Warding is up.
Warlocks: DPS. Put Curse of Tongues on Lady Malande. Put Curse of Shadows on High Nethermancer Zerevor.
Mages: DPS your assigned targets. Counterspell Lady Malande's Circle of Healing when the Reflective Shield is up.
Hunters: Misdirect during the pull, then DPS.
Healers: MT1: Be ready to out heal very intensive damage spikes.
MT2: Solid healing, help others out during Vanish.
MT3: Solid healing, make sure to keep up the tank and the assigned rogue and mages.
Raid: Watch carefully what's happening in the room as swift healing is often needed.
Healing Assignments should be very specific for this fight; just having a group of MT healers and another group of raid healers will not work. Tank healers should be very specifically assigned to who they are healing and when. Raid healers should be very specifically assigned to heal particular groups.

概览
伊利达雷议会是伊利丹·怒风直属的血精灵议会。其共有4名成员,上图中从右到左分别是:
玛兰德女士(牧师);
粉碎者加西奥斯(骑士);
高阶虚空术士塞雷巴(法师);
维拉斯·黑暗之影(盗贼)。
这四个家伙的HP槽和双子帝王一样是完全共用的。
初战团队配置
鉴于该场战斗敌人较多,我们需要3名战士和1名高命中(至少16%+)血牛法师来参加坦克工作。
治疗者至少需要带7名,当然可以带多——这不是一场飙DPS的战斗。
药水,装备和Buff
团队成员的ilv最好在141上下,所有标准Buff必带,治疗者需要MP5药剂,其余成员则尽量将HP谷上10000,否则战斗会很艰难。
战斗场地
这是一个巨大的房间,可以让你们将人员排得很开。推荐的排列如下:
粉色大点=粉碎者加西奥斯,白色大点=玛兰德女士,蓝色大点=高阶虚空术士塞雷巴,黄色大点=维拉斯·黑暗之影。
小褐点为坦克,深蓝点为负责坦克的法师,绿色点为治疗坦克的治疗人员,橙色小点为近战输出,右上方的大椭圆为远程打手和治疗人员位置,黄色和紫色小点为进行特别任务(打断)的盗贼和法师。
遭遇战开始!
拉 开战斗序幕的方式类似于对抗高阶领主玛尔伽(高鲁尔巢穴)。法师最先动手,用炎爆术(没有的话就什么打得重挑什么砸)拉出塞雷巴,坦克#2和坦克#3分别 以冲锋或拦截进场接住维拉斯和玛兰德,至于主坦克则接过加奥希斯——主坦克必须够硬,我想你们不会希望治疗人员仇恨越界的——这家伙的攻击有如一辆大吨位 卡车的来回碾压……
首先开火的法师在发射炎爆术之后,骑士最好能丢给他一个保护祝福以保证其安全。
战斗成功开始后,就会演变成异常直接的Tank & Spank战斗。全场的输出主要集中于粉碎者加西奥斯(问我为什么?看看其他他们的技能就知道了)。

玛兰德女士
超能惩击:对当前目标造成约6k的神圣伤害。该法术需要2秒施法,射程无限,冷却为30秒。
神圣怒火:该法术会造成约5k的初始神圣伤害,并在接下来的8秒内持续造成10k的烧伤。该法术同样拥有无限的射程。
反射障壁:强大的反射能量盾,持续20秒。可以吸收25k的伤害,且会反射50%的伤害给攻击者(同牧师的反射盾)。盾有效期间玛兰德免疫物理打断。
治疗之环:全房间范围的治疗能量爆射,治疗每名成员约100k伤害(换言之就是给团队带来额外400k输出负担)。2.5秒施法,20秒冷却。必须打断。

玛兰德女士的肉搏伤害相当低,对坦克的主要伤害输出是超能惩击,并且会不时对随机目标发射神圣怒火(持续伤害不可驱散)。
处理反射障壁是对抗她的最重点,你们必须保持2名法师和1名盗贼瞩目于玛兰德。当玛兰德未受到障壁保护时,盗贼负责打断其施法;有障壁时,法师用法术反制阻止其施法。至于障壁本身,是打掉或等过有效期随你们的意。
另外,此人是最容易受到加西奥斯各种祝福的人。当受到保护祝福的时候,法师的任务很重;当受到魔法偏斜祝福时,盗贼的工作量会加大。
术士最好在其身上保持结舌诅咒,这样能给打断者更多的反应时间。

粉碎者加西奥斯
制裁之锤:射程10-40码,攻击射程内任意目标,将其击昏6秒。
命令圣印:该圣印会使加西奥斯的攻击中几率性附加相当于其70%普通攻击伤害的神圣附加伤害,效果持续30秒。当加西奥斯施展审判时会对当前目标造成约6.5k的神圣伤害。
鲜血圣印:该圣印会使加西奥斯每次攻击附加约800神圣伤害,效果持续30秒。当加西奥斯施展审判时会对当前目标每3秒造成约3k6的神圣伤害,持续9秒。
奉献:对自己所站的地面灌注能量,使10码半径范围内所有目标每3秒受到2250点神圣伤害,持续21秒,冷却30秒。
保护祝福:使目标15秒内免疫物理攻击。这个祝福会随机被施展在其余三名议会成员身上,但加西奥斯有90%以上的几率把祝福丢给玛兰德女士(保护住治疗者什么都好说,BOSS们都明白……)
魔法偏斜祝福:使目标15秒内免疫魔法攻击。同样会以90%+的概率被丢在玛兰德身上……
幻彩抗性光环:使除自己以外的三名议会成员30秒内获得250点全法术抗性。冷却1分钟。
虔诚光环:使除自己以外的三名议会成员30秒内获得20%额外护甲。冷却1分钟。

这家伙是四个议会成员中的最大头,攻击如同坦克压人一般猛烈,故此你们要派上最强的坦克和最多的治疗者来应付他。
他 的保护祝福和魔法偏斜祝福,以及命令圣印和鲜血圣印相互共享等同于持续时间的冷却,幻彩抗性光环和虔诚光环则交替使用。不过这些东西无法对他自己释放导致 他成了全团的火力集中点。负责他的坦克的治疗者则是最受累的——由于接连不断的奉献,命令圣印的超高爆发力和审判的巨大伤害,治疗者们必须随时打起12分 精神,且随时准备紧急快速治疗,否则肯定出人命。

高阶虚空术士塞雷巴
魔法镇压:对自己施展,降低承受的魔法伤害75%,并压抑受到的治疗效果至多500点。魔法属性。
奥术轰击:对当前目标造成12k-15k的奥术伤害,需要2秒施展。
烈焰风暴:在全房间的任意位置唤出巨大火柱,对着弹点半径10码范围内所有目标造成约5k起始火焰伤害,并在接下来12秒内造成约18k的持续烧伤(每2秒3k)。
暴风雪:在全房间任意位置召唤暴风雪,对着弹点半径10码范围内所有目标每2秒造成约5k冰霜伤害。暴风雪持续12秒。
奥术爆炸:当任何人处于塞雷巴的近战范围内时,塞雷巴会释放奥术爆炸。这个法术造成至少8k的奥术伤害且没有冷却时间。当塞雷巴近身无人时,他忽略这个技能。

拉出塞雷巴后,他会立刻对自己进行魔法镇压。负责坦克他的法师必须立刻将其偷过来以保证自己的存活,否则没可能捱住他的攻击。一次窃取抵抗就可能把这次Raid付之一炬(尤其是第一次!),故坦克必须保持超高的法术命中来最小化被抵抗的可能。
由于团队的火力基本不波及塞雷巴,故法师可以轻松拉住他并悠闲地输出伤害。不过团队其余成员不能掉以轻心:塞雷巴的两个范围攻击可以炸到房间任意一个角落,故必须随时保持头脑清醒,躲避暴风雪,治疗被烈焰风暴伤及的人员。

致命毒药:攻击时可能使目标染毒,4秒内承受4k自然伤害。不会叠加。
毒性催化:终结技,立刻将目标身上的致命毒药转瞬为5k自然伤害。使用时机不定。
消失:从战场上消失30秒。冷却60秒。

这 家伙徒有盗贼的虚名,实际肉搏伤害很低,最主要的输出是自然属性的致命毒药和毒性催化,故一名治疗者即可保证坦克存活。不过他的战斗方式很讨厌:过一段时 间就会消失,30秒后出现在房间内任意一人身边并立刻追杀之,施展致命毒药和毒性催化。坦克必须立刻追过去控制住他,否则他就会很快杀死团队成员。
注 意:当维拉斯即将结束消失时,他的形象会隐约出现在他的目标身边。负责他的坦克必须立刻被提醒。另外由于致命毒药无法被驱散,故治疗者必须万分留神被维拉 斯盯上的人。一次暴风雪/烈焰风暴和毒性催化的连击很容易把团队成员干掉。同时,维拉斯坦克的治疗者必须学会灵活跑位。
战斗注意事项
BOSS们的伤害输出:由于这群家伙的攻击存在很大随机性,很有可能会有某个团队成员被所有技能同时攻击而导致被秒。为了防止这种情况的发生,全团成员随时注意烈焰风暴和暴风雪的动向,治疗者也必须聚精会神。
粉碎者加西奥斯的力量:前面已经多次提及这家伙的巨大输出,负责他的坦克的几名治疗者必须聚精会神,甚至不惜连续治疗。治疗阵容中最好有个暗影牧师来保证法力充沛。另外,别吝啬法力药剂!
维拉斯·黑暗之影的动向:团队需要一个非常有效的交流机制来让维拉斯的坦克能随时控制住他!一定要让他的坦克知道他在哪里!
法术窃取被抵抗:没办法,只能靠堆法术命中来有限度地回避。
玛兰德的打断任务:负责打断的法师和盗贼必须头脑无比清醒!随时了解该是谁的轮次——法师和盗贼轮班上岗才能保证不间断打断!
团队输出:保证在15分钟内切完他们的HP!
职业任务小结
加西奥斯坦克:正确定位加西奥斯,并跑动回避奉献。
维拉斯坦克:保持最灵活的跑动,随时定位维拉斯!
玛兰德坦克:任务很轻松,你甚至有足够的空余怒气反射超能惩击。
指定盗贼:当魔法偏斜祝福出现且没有反射盾保护玛兰德时,打断治疗之环的任务是你的。
其余盗贼:猛揍。
术士:主力炮手。保持玛兰德的结舌诅咒和塞雷巴的暗影诅咒(窃取辅助)。
