Benefits of massage: helps relax and soothe, better sleep, relieves colic, deepens bonding and improves communication with your baby. Classes are designed for you and your baby from birth to pre-crawlers, including preemies. They are taught in a series of four sessions at your convenience.

When you massage your baby you are communicating in the language babies understand first.
