there is an club in Ottawa called Ottawa Linux club group? I went there a couple of times and they are very good, some of them are experts .

I know this one. What I want to do is that we exchange our own experience among us and learn from each other while we work in different companies. The exchange must be unselfish. In this way, we can improve ourselves in an efficient way. Then we may be able to get better jobs or salaries. From my personal experience, most of us have problem to exchange with co-workers because of language barrier. Therefore, our potentials are not fully used. Also it is hard for us to be promoted. I know some C/C++. However, I feel I need to know more about algorithms, scripting, admin, compiling, optimization and patterns. If we are specialized in these areas and able to exchange, it will be very helpful to all of us. I wish more people have interest.

其实， 很多东西在网络已经有了， 最重要的事情是去动手做， 没有问题的时候，你什么也学不到。其实学会解决问题是一件很有趣的事情。很多时候在解决问题当中需要直觉。我只是说系统管理而已。

It is not a bad idea. There is no Chinese Linux club yet in Ottawa or maybe Ontario?

We had the first meeting last weekend. We discussed about some common errors in C++ coding. The people seemed not to hate it. We will meet once a month. We welcome more people. Please QQH me when you have interest.
