由于很多同胞打电话到位于唐人街的ＳＣＯＴＩＡＢＡＮＫ询问如何通过银行捐款．ＳＣＯＴＩＡＢＡＮＫ　ＳＯＭＥＲＳＥＴ　＆　ＢＲＯＮＳＥＮ 决定明后两天（１７，１８日）在唐人街１６８超市接受中国抗震捐款．所有捐款将通过红十字会捐给中国受灾地区．

ＳＣＯＴＩＡＢＡＮＫ会为捐款超过１０元的捐献人开立捐款收据．正式的收据将由红十字会寄给捐款人．

Scotiabank will be accepting donations to the Canadian Red Cross to help people affected by the earthquake in China.

Donations may be accepted at any Scotiabank branch across Canada. An official tax receipt is available.


In addition to the Bank's donation to the Canadian Red Cross China Earthquake fund. The Bank has also established an account for employee contributions, with the Bank providing matching funds of up to CDN. $50,000, also to the Canadian Red Cross China Earthquake fund.
