总听人家说kanata lake这个区好,但不知道这个区在哪?在kanata的什么位置?
好在哪里?最好有地图,或有一个门牌号,便于查找.
另外,有没有新房在盖?

kanata lake 是学校有名吧，所以很多中国人都买那边了。

People said "Kanata Lake has no lake, Bridlewood has no wood". Why it is called Kanata Lake? I don't know. Please see the attached map. The old Kanata Lake refers to the area north of Campeau Dr. and east of Kanata Ave. But now, it is generally referred to the whole area including Heritage Hill and the new construction area.

昨天看到Phoenix Homes在Kanata Lake 造新房的价格，和我一样的Model 起价＄443900，没有任何Upgrade, 而我的房子用了5万多装修，而且地段比新房好很多，步行到Farm Boy 才5分钟，到Shoppers Mart 也是5分钟，到Centrum shopping mall 低于10分钟。有兴趣可以和我联系。

That might be true - schools are very good and many Chinese like here. But Chinese are still only a small ratio among all the residents here.
