windows xp media center edition 2006 CD

Does anyone has a windows xp media center edition 2006 CD I can borrow?

My friend need to reinstall his PC bought from futureshop, but the PC does not come with a installation CD. There is only a label with the KEY on it.

Please PM me if you have the CD and I can borrow it from you for a day.
