The guy was so rude. I had a very bad experience with this bakery store.

yeah, i felt annoyed at the very beginning as a couple of years ago, but i can understand him now

he doesn't speak either Mandarin or English very well, hating people speaking "bird" language he doesn't understand...

what do you expect about his attitude? after all, the cake and food are pretty good... huh?

I got totally pissed off this morning by their "remarkable" service, which I can't stand anymore... :-(

I feel regretful for giving you the previous comment... although I am not sure how their business situation has changed since then...

Even if he works there for years and fed up with his job and he still has no right to be rude to the PAYING customers.

First of all, he does not own that place, his brother does. If he doesn't like to work there or to work for his brother, he should quit.

Those who been living in Ottawa over 10 years would know how rude he is. Until recently, his attitude has change a bits, that why some people said he is not that bad.

Every since there were others Chinese baker open up, I never went back there.

It is my hard earn money, I'll spend it on someone who appreciate my business.
