问一个在申请探亲签证时关于代理人信息表的问题

请问代理人信息表即IMM5476E表，声请人的身份证复印件和代理人的身份证复印件是否需要和申请表一起递交到使馆，还是这个表放在代理人的手里，等到去取结果的时候再交给使馆的人？

在递交申请的document list里是否需要列上代理人信息表即IMM5476E表，声请人的身份证复印件和代理人的身份证复印件？

这些材料都要在递申请的时候一并递交. "代理人信息表"给出是你妈给你的授权, 以及你的通信信息,使馆在处理你妈的申请的时候, 如过有任何问题,就找你.
你有了这一授权, 你才能合法得代表你妈和使馆交涉.

I guess 代理人信息 is the information of a lawyer if you hire one to do it for you. Otherwise, leave that blank.

Well, 代理人 is just a representative, and it could be a family member, a friend or a lawyer, an agent if you hire one.
the result of leaving it blank is that you will be refused to get involved in case processing when you need to. for instance, make a call to the call center in purposes of asking questions or verifying something. however, it would never be too late to submit you representative form at any time during case processing.
it is espacially important and useful when parents apply for extention in Canada since most of our parents don't speak English.
In the case of applying visit in China, there are chinese employees in Canadian embassies who usually help a lot in communication.
by the way, it is worth to be prepared just for in case.
