回国发展是好，
但小孩上学咋办？我女儿已上初中，回国上学怕跟不上，留在这里怕没人照顾，
哪位大侠可有良策？

这问题困扰了太多的人，好像没什么办法。见过很多家庭，老婆在政府工作，带着孩子，丈夫回国发展。

应该找一个可靠的你孩子的同龄人,或者年纪大点的,照顾她.

要看你孩子如何。我的两个同学分别在高一和高二回的国。一个用了一学期，一个用了一暑假恶补功课。很快就赶上了其他同学。两人高考都上了北大。
这边的教育重点跟国内不同，但并不阻碍孩子的智力能力发展。其实功课倒在其次，关键是孩子会因为回国而失去他/她现在的朋友，对于孩子来说非常不能接收。语言文化是另一个问题。
