在你的合同上会有一页，大概是说什么ONTARIO NEW HOME WARRANTY PROGRAM.在那个session下面，应该会有一项类似“ For further information about this Agreement and your home, the Vendor may be contacted at.....” 下面是一个人的名字和联系方式。
你可以把你的issues，写成书面形式，比如e-mail, fax，然后给这个人sent去，同时CC一份给你的律师，作为REFERENCE. 这个是我们的律师这么告诉我们的。
