Anybody have idea or interest in "import appliance from US"

I will buy all the major appliances for my new home. Refrigerator, range, washer, dryer, dish washer, central vacuum...

Depends on the brandname, the price differences between canadian and US retailers could be 20%~30%

Not sure anybody here have the experience import the appliances from US or have the interest to do so???

I guess the major block is the delivery.

I think it is a good idea. If a few guys want to do the same thing at the same time, it may worth it. You can not rent a U-Haul and drive it back to Canada. The main problem may be the warranty.
