请问：关于窗户上面的insolation，他们是否按规定施工了？

新房子到了上dry wall的阶段，我发现几乎所有的窗户上方的insolation都没做，他们就开始上dry wall了，这是不是问题？
我给customer service电话，他们从site office得到的消息是"Insolation has been checked with no problem"。好像他们意思是说这样就行了似的。

我检查了一下窗户上面，其结构是四块木板紧贴（大约15cm厚）构成了窗户上面的墙体），和屋内dry wall之间只有5－10cm的一个空隙，这个空隙里，我认为应该做insolation的，可是他们没有做。请问他们是按照规范操作的么？

请看下面图，表示了窗户及窗户上面墙体的横截面。注意窗户上面和下面的墙体结构不一致，下面墙体外面只有一层薄板，。里面做了厚厚的insolation。

first "floor" is the header structure, it is okay to do like that,actually more common.
second "floor" reply is different. there is no header only cripple studs.
both configuration has no problem with insulation.
usually with the first header style, it supports more load.
