房子漏水怎么办

今天刚发现一楼的房顶漏水了, 好象是二楼的淋浴间漏的, 比较严重. 傻了, 我不知道该怎么办? 能找谁修啊, 要修的话那不是得把二楼的淋浴间给拆了?
还想问一下: 买了不到三年的房子, 遇到这种情况能不能找前OWNER? 因为后来才发现现在漏水的房顶有补过的痕迹.

if in this situation, the whole tube need to be re-install.(almost) around $600 I believe.

得把漏水处的（一楼房顶）dry wall 拆了，一处处找漏水原因，简单的自己干，重要是找到原因。也可以叫几个管道工上门free estimate，看看他们是否可以给你找到原因。

Don't worry.
1) if the water smells, it may be the toilet.
2) if water always dripping and you don't see water on the surface of the wash room. it is the water supply line.
3) if you don't used show for few days, water leak stop then it is the shower.

Most common problem is the shower. on the edge of the tub connecting with wall is sealed with silicon sealer. It needs to be redo every few years, remove the old one , reapply it . It only takes few dollars. ceramic tiles itself wouldn't leak , but if you see a crack between them, there are also sealer could be used to fix it.
Home depot is good place to buy these things. They also has books teaching you how to do it.


Once you stop the leak, wait few weeks let dry wall dry totally, sand it a bit and paint it. It would looks new again.

真的是非常感谢楼上的几位！虽然问题仍然没解决，但心里感觉踏实一些了。

我家的情况跟你形容的一模一样, 每次用完淋浴后, 一楼房顶就开始漏水. 找了管道工来修, 一下就修好了. 就是在漏水的天花板打个小洞, 把漏水的原因找到并进行修理.

请问能告诉我在哪儿找的“管道工”吗？是专门修水管的？

我找的是 Sewer Matic Services, 是修下水道和水管的. Tel: 739 -1449. 收费是: Travel time + Labour + Material + GST. 最好让他们一次性给你修好, 以免增加不必要的开支. (通常他们第一次到客户家找出原因后, 就说要去找相关配件, 然后第二次再来修理. 这样, 他们就可以收取2次路程费 + 2次劳务费)

I had exactly same the problem and this is the exactly the reason.

Here is how you can fix the ceiling. First you need making sure your problem is fixed (wait for month... ). Then you HAVE TO buy the "seal" (8 - 10$ ), go homedepot's paint department, tell them what happened, they known it. After apply the "seal", you have to paint your whole ceiling (apply second coat on the problem area if needed).

Total amount is one day job. Unless the ceiling is destroied by the leaking, there is nothing you can not do by yourself.
