大家有听过 Braebury 这个 builder? 口碑好么？？

最近对一个房子感兴趣，builder 的名字是 Braebury。 我个人对这个builder 并不熟悉，只知道这个builder来自 Kingston. 如果有朋友买过他家房子或听说过这个builder的可否给我一点意见呢？

看了看这个网站的信息，不知准不准。

听很多人说MINTO的房子不如Urbandale 和Richcraft的好。可是，在这个网站上查到的信息却是Minto比Urbandale和Richcraft的都要好。我有点儿糊涂了，为什么呢？

My agent told me about this builder.

My agent told me that this builder is a good builder from Kingston, though it is not a large builder in Ottawa. We eventually bought a resale house and no problem experienced after 10 years.

For new houses, the builder does not really matter as you got warranty for first 7 years. For resale houses, it all depends upon previous owner. Normal maintenance is a must for both new and resale houses.
