怎么申请 sin numberi
是不是要提供sin number给employer?

Go to Service Canada, you can get your Sin Insurance Number from there.
Social Insurance Number
Here is the link to find the nearest service centre: (there are many branches in Ottawa)
Find a Service Canada Centre Near You
Don't forget to bring your work permit to there.

You need to supply the sin number to the employer.
