有税务局的朋友吗

我和我爱人今年第一次报税，我有工作她没有，4月底两个人的材料一个信封寄出去的。一个多月前她收到了tax return，我到现在还没有收到，请问正常吗？
如果不正常我应该找谁询问呢？谢谢！

one return per envelop

You should have filed your returns in separate envelopes even though you are husband and wife of one family.

Your return may not be properly assessed based on the above assumption that one return per envelope. Or it could possible that it took longer time assessing your return.

You have three possible options:
1. Call 1-800-959-8281 if your tax return has no residence issue,
from Monday to Friday (except holidays)
from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

2. If you filed tax return last year, you can register CRA e-services "My Account" with the required information, and then you can review all your tax related information online anytime you like.

3. If you have time you can drop by at 875 Heron Rd, CRA has counter services to answer individual's questions on tax returns. Please call them before you go to make sure that they still provide this service without appointment .

Option 2 is not applicable to you!

But it is a very convenient and valuable service CRA provided.

I highly recommend it once you get your first year tax return assessed!

The service in 875 Heron Road is no longer avaliable, it is better to make a phone call to ask the status of your file return. Normally, it takes longer time to complete assessment for the new tax filer.

Using one envelop for a couple in a family is not a problem as long as it contains two seperated tax income clainments.

我已经给税务局打电话了，他们收到了我的tax return，正在处理中，最迟8月底我能收到我的notice。谢谢各位！
