以前从来没有用过医疗保险。那个按摩的项目，大家都怎么用掉的。据说可以拿去做美容的。呵呵。

每天在电脑前面坐8，9 各小时，后背和肩其实都挺疼得。 请推荐推荐好的按摩或者美容SPA. 万分感谢啊。

Just like you said, go to your doctor and get a note. Make an appointment with a licensed massage therapist.

Submit you receipt froom the massage therapist along with the doctor note to your insurance company.

Wait for your cheque.

Note: make sure it is a licensed massage therapist not 美容. Check out some massage therapist that work out at home, they charge less.

One more thing.

The massage therapist is licensed in Ontario if you are working in Ontario. If you are working in Quebec, then he/she must be licensed in Quebec in order for the insurance company to cover the cost.

Everybody is different.

It all depend on your plan. Single person, couple, couple with kids. Of course different insurance company charge differently.

I stirked a good deal from my employer before I started working for them. They paid for everything, I don't pay any preimum at all.

employer will have to pay at least 50% of your premium for the group coverage. if you dont have a group package, you'd have to set up your own personal plan. its in general $60-100 monthly, depends on what type of plan/coverage you choose.
