Remove mole by Laser

My friend's face has a mole of unregular shape, its size is around 3x3 cm. Does any one has experience aout it? Is there any risk about it?
Does it has a scar after removing? Could it has a risk to trigger a skin cancel by removing?

Check with your family doctor, he/she will recommend you a Dermatologist (skin doctor) if nessary.

Some mole can be remove by applying liquid nitrogen, which doesn't cover by OHIP. It can be perform at your family doctor's office.
