1 & 1/2 bedroom apartment, newly renovated for two female students (non-smokers please), $325 each, The bedroom is large enough to accomodate two single beds and a study desk.all included(internet, laundry). It is possible to discuss the question of furnishing. Very close to Carleton U and O-Train.
It is a very large one-bedroom apartment, with an extra room close to kitchen with windows (but separated by doors) which is intended to be used as dining room, but I am not going to use it at all (this is 1/2 room in my ad). It can be used as a study room. Hardwood floors everywhere except kitchen & bathroom.
I have just rented this apartment and have not yet moved in. It is empty and fully renovated. I will be living in the living room ( which is on one side on the apartment), and due to the nature of my work I will be often absent from the apartment (say, I live there one one week and then absent for 3 weeks, ect). Also, I will not be cooking in the kitchen, so the students will have it to themseves most of the time.
It is a very clean & quiet apartment, windows facing the park; it is perfect for quiet studying. Grocery store is 5 min walking distance.
