电视、电话Bell和Rogers哪家的deal好？

看到这俩家的广告，都有电视、电话、上网的组合，价格相近，不知有哪位大侠有经验，到底哪家好？

Do not use Rogers. If you do not look at your bill carefully every months, they will charge you more money. For example they will charge you modem rental fee even you have your own model. Last month I cancelled their service, and I was charged 2 installation fee and one lost modem fee and one modem purchase fee. So the bill was over $400. I called them three times already and they still not fix all the error yet. It seems they only can handle one error each time. If I asked to them two things during one phone call, they will forget one of them.

After Olympics, I will cancell rogers TV as well, so I will be happy to be rogers free.

Now I use 3Web for my internet. And it is fine so far.
