由於把车钥匙忘在车里，在回家取备用钥匙期间收到停车罚单，怎么办？

当时停车时是允许的(2：50PM)，3：30PM后不可以。我的同车朋友等在
那里，当警察来时，不管朋友的解释，警察还是给了TICKET。

要不要上法庭，还是直接交钱(55$)？

For example, if you have to call CAA to open the door for you, then the receipt from CAA is the evidence.

Anyway, don't need to be worried about the evidence.
