If no new update, according to MY EXPERIENCE, there should not be any letter sent to you about the ceremony. They usually update the information when they send the letter out, and you can see the update even before you receive the letter. I never called them, you may try a phone call if you want to.

如果是在Gatineau地区的，我上星期问过一个做这个工作的人，他说最快的ceremony是在11月。我是在6月初考试的，也是在等ceremony.

The ceremony would be on November not on October? Normally, it would be on October, why?

It is confirmed that Nov 3rd will be ceremany day. last year was around Oct 20. this year, Harper doesn't want we vote to others, so delay to Nov.
