$5000加一个3piece 洗手间，值得吗？

原设计是17*11的Bonus Room, 另带储藏室。

可付$5000,改为11.4/14.8*11的Bed Room + 衣橱, 储藏室同时改为洗手间。

大家觉得怎么样？

现在我犹豫的是，2楼已经有1个master room, 2个bed room, 1个独立卫生间。
我们现在2个大人，加一个即将出生的BB，过两年再添1个，bed room 和卫生间也够了。
只有父母或朋友来的时候，卫生间稍微紧张点。

不知道这个在转售的时候，会不会是个吸引买家的亮点呢？

$5000的价格公道吗？

主卧室已经带卫生间了。这$5000是把Bonus room改成第4个卧室，带卫生间。是不是有点奢侈了，尤其我们的预算还挺紧张的，$5000用在厨房升级是不是更好？

我现在最怕将来后悔。毕竟这种结构上的改动，过了这个村就没这个店了。

大家帮我多分析分析，第一次买方没经验。

If 5000 dollar would increase size of the kitchen and increase total square feet of the house, then go for it. You would get your money back because of the total square feet increase. And you spend most of you waking time in kitchen, a good kitchen is selling point and more comfortable. But if it only for better cabinet and counter top, don't. When they gets old, they don't worth too much.

Has second in-suit could be a good selling point. I would get there, if I have chance.

Strongly recommend getting that addtional ensuite bathroom. When I buy my next house, that would be a must.

4 bedroom is not too many. In some case, may not even be enough. We have only one kid now, but parents are visiting and they want seperate room...

我买了Urbandale的房子, 在二楼加个4件的ensuit, 要了我$9000.

我家二楼有两件卧室都带 ensuite bathroom, 很多人看过都说喜欢， 来了亲戚住着也相对独立很多， 很方便。 可我不知道价格值不值， 我们买的时候就有， 不是外加的。 不过我们以前的房子， 在地下室加一个3 piece 独立卫生间， 还加了3500呢， 那是好几年前。

In same location, Cardel is more expensive than Urbandale...

If the house is over 2800 square ft, in my opinion, second ensuite is a must..You can easily get that $5000 back when selling the house (compared with the one without)...
