House is located less than 5 minutes by bus from Algonquin College and less than 10 minutes to Carleton University, also a short bus ride to downtown(local bus routes 86,111,116,176,117,57). House is located less than 2 minute walk from Merivale Road and is close to all major amenities (i.e.grocery store, pharmacy, mall etc). Room includes bed and dresser and comes with indivdual cable hookups. The room is in great condition and feaure brand new windows,lockable doors, hardwood floors and are freshly painted.
