How to deal with Rogers' cheating

I purchased the internet service from Rogers and there should be $30 rebate in the first bill. However, they never sent me the first bill until I called them three times. Everytime they claimed that they have sent the bill to me. Finally the bill is coming and I found that no $30 rebate and something else is wrong. Interestingly I could not reach their customer service no matter how long I am holding the phone call ( one time 1 hour and half, another time is nearly half hour). I really do not know how to deal with this kind company:confused:
 
打电话不要在高峰时间打, 那样等待时间会很长. 可以选择早晨或夜里. 通常他们是认帐的. 错了会改过来. 我的帐单在最初的半年时间里, 总是有错, 总是多收费. 一次一次的打电话, 好像每次都要回来了. 现在基本不出错了.

I would suggest that you use their online customer service instead of phone calls. They should reply any of your questions within 24 hours. In such way, you will have their reply email as an evidence.

I will try all the ways suggested. Just feeling not so good with the companies which always cheat their customers.
