I purchased the internet service from Rogers and there should be $30 rebate in the first bill. However, they never sent me the first bill until I called them three times. Everytime they claimed that they have sent the bill to me. Finally the bill is coming and I found that no $30 rebate and something else is wrong. Interestingly I could not reach their customer service no matter how long I am holding the phone call ( one time 1 hour and half, another time is nearly half hour). I really do not know how to deal with this kind company
