求助解码高手

有时从国内过来的邮件全是问号。从[View-Encoding]中试用了GB, big5 和汉字都无法解读。请高手指教路在何方。先谢了。

找一个内码转换软件！一般的ENCODING 是不行的！ google 一下方法吧。
