你们楼都是那样，还是就你家是那样？

我们楼里有的人说热，还穿短袖
但是我家特冷，大概因为我家住在楼的CORNER，窗户比别人多两扇，又有两面墙临街，又是一楼，所以就比较冷
我打了好多电话给各个部门了，都说没办法，看来也就这样了

我都不知道该怎么跟她说了，她说HEAT已经开到最大了，还是24小时不停的
我搬来的时候交了半年的房租，说不给房租也没用呀

Tell them they already breach the law by charging you six month of rent deposit, which is specified in the Tenant Protection Act.

Warn them that you are willing to go all the way including call the CBC. Two days ago on CBC's program "Marketplace" talked about the rent advance and few Super and Landlord were caught on candid camera.
Of couse, this is just a scare tactic, but nevertheless, scare them a little bit.

这帮人没准就是吃准了咱中国人觉得英语不行，不会去投诉，才敢于这么欺负咱！我觉得你还是应该打电话，投诉！有时候光是警告他们还没什么用，就是要直接行动！你又没做什么不对的事情，只不过保护自己的利益而已！

都说吧？对于收半年房租违法的事情我还真不清楚，但是室内温度要保持20度以上，一定是这样的！
