Hot off the press is Apple's launch of new iPod products. If you have much interest in gadgets and technology, you probably already know all about the new features. But for those of you who don't follow quite as closely, here's a quick rundown:

• New UI enhancements like "Genius" feature for creating playlists and Cover Flow
