Purchase an applicable iMac or Mac in the Apple education store and you will still be given an option to choose a free (after rebate) 3rd generation 8GB iPod nano or 1st generatio iPod Touch. The recently new iPods released last week don't qualify for this offer.
The Apple Store Canada is once again offering a great deal to university students, teachers, and staff members, namely, a free 8GB iPod nano or 8GB iPod Touch (or $319 off the 16GB/32GB iPod touch) with a qualifying Mac purchase.
To redeem this offer, you will need to purchase a new MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, or Mac Pro using your education discount. Then, buy a qualifying iPod and complete the rebate form and mail it in with your receipt and required infomration. You will be sent a rebate for up to $319.
