Our plans are to launch a bandwidth usage-tracking program for mid-2003. The program would set a monthly usage allowance and you would be charged for additional usage. Industry trends indicate that the uses for the Internet are evolving and we are continually looking at ways to provide products that meet your unique needs.
Question: Will my Internet usage be limited because of usage tracking ?

The amount of time you spend on the Internet is still unlimited. However, we plan to set a usage allowance for the amount of data you can upload and download. You may still upload and download as much data as you wish but there will be an additional charge if you exceed the set amount. This amount has not yet been set.
