宝宝发烧,怎么办? 急!!!

我女儿13个月, 前天中午因为在户外玩了一会儿,可能受了点风寒,到下午6,7点就觉得有点发烧,晚上我们测Thermo最高一次100.8华氏(100.4是摄氏38度, 102.2是39度), 因为也没有特别吵闹, 所以到第二天上午去买了儿童用泰诺,回来用就退到正常,可是晚上还是不好,昨天凌晨2点多有测到101.3华氏, 她从来没发过烧,我又没有经验, 有朋友说只能让小孩子自己扛过去. 是这样吗? 我还能做什么?
平时她顽皮得很,现在就软软的,撒娇要抱抱.好可怜.

It is not unusual baby has a fever of 39-40 C. All the medication like Tylenol just reduce the sympton to make baby feel better, but not to kill the virus or other problem cause the fever. So even you give her Tylenol, the fever will come back. Tylenol is given every 4 hours. If Tylenol does not work, then switch to Advil. That's what the doctor in CHEO told me. After a couple days, baby will be better. Fever is because the body is working hard to battle the virus.

I always bring my son to the doctor in case like this. This is to make sure nothing more serious is going on.

Always read the label on Tylenol or other medication (the baby ones). Do not give more that what it should be based on age or weight.

我的经验是退烧药，同时用冷毛巾物理降温，孩子这个时候胃口不好，撒娇之类的都是正常的。注意补充水分，不要给孩子穿太多衣服。

三天之后还是高烧不退就去看医生，看看是否有炎症，医生有可能开抗生素。我们之前每次带孩子去看医生，如果发烧三天之内，医生都让回家继续观察。

I recommend going to your baby's pediatrition. Not that all walk-ins are not good. Walk-ins are not expert on young children. Sometimes they give antibiotic when it is not necessary.

谢谢楼上几位好心人,我刚刚带孩子去看了她的医生,结果发现左耳朵发炎, 医生用特殊的工具从左耳挖出了1厘米多长的黑色结痂(不是我平时不给她挖,我怕伤着她,而且平时看也没看出来,奇怪), 右耳也挖出一点,不过不多. 这下找出症因就放心了,医生到底是医生,说星期日应该就完全好了. 还开了点药. 现在我放心多了.
