Alarm system

Is a good idea to install alarm system in a newly constructed house? The new house has not pasted 30-day yet. Will the alarm system impact in any way the house warranty or possible repairs in the future? Another concern is I have two young kids. Does a alarm system work well with active little kids? If they play with it, there will be false alarms. Do you get fine for false alarms (when a police comes for the false alarm)?

装了防盗系统，　房屋保险应该是可以降的，　可以问一下你的保险经济，看看能降多少．

When your alarm is activated, nobody will come unless somebody calls police. If you choose the alarm system which is connected to police or security, you have to pay a much more expensive monthly fee.

Before you sign for the alarm system, make sure you understand how it works and what kind of services you can get.
