Lakehead University has an interesting offer for top high school students that's sure to spur some discussion and debate. On September 23rd, they announced that they'll be offering free tuition for Canadian students coming from a recognized Canadian high school with an average of 95% or higher! The scholarship is renewable for up to four years as long as the student maintains an average of 85% or higher. If their average falls between 80 - 85% they'll receive $2,500 per year for the remaining years.
