What do you need for.
A labor just to move it? Or you need someone to connect the water and electricity for you?

Depend on what you have in the basement. It may cost you $$$.

You may need licensed a licensed plumber and a licensed eletrician to do the job.

electricity may cost you $200 to $300. Because wahser and dryer use lot of electricity and on 240V. A separate line from break box is needed.
Plumber is trick to say. If there is a sink, and you put washer beside it. it may cost you $300 dollar. If there is not and you have to break the floor to find sewage line. It would cost you more than $500. And ususally you may put a sink near washer and dryer. It costs you too.

I do have a sink in the basement and my electricity box is just beside the sink....so that's around 600$ something? how about the pipe for the dryer?

If your old dryer pipe goes throught the basement. You can just reuse it. It should be easy. DIY is ok for that.
